First of all, this isn't a typical regex. We need to capture the id, file name, and the release date because we might want to use them as groups later in the regex, so we need to construct that regex in such a way that we can easily get them out later. I've used lookbehinds to store the values of the groups that we need, and used named groups to access them later, which are optional in this case.
This regex works for all of the samples you mentioned, assuming that the dates are all in the same format.
You might want to use the i flag to ignore case.
